Wie sieht das bei folgender Stornobedingung des konkurrierenden Anbieters, in diesem Fall lastminute.com, aus?

Kosten für Storno zwischen 22.04.2014 und 25.04.2014 belaufen sich auf 85,00 EUR pro Zimmer.

Könnte ein Claim in dem Fall abgelehnt werden, weil es bei Marriott komplett flexibel bis Anreisetag 4/6 p.m. vonstatten geht?

Hier kannst du lastminute.de leider vergessen.

Der Marriott BRG ist ganz anders als du den BRG von IHG und Co gewöhnt bist.
In Europa gilt: Kein BRG success wenn die Vergleichsseite Voucher ausstellt. Dies gilt in den USA nicht.
Sobald dies gewährleistet ist, sollte die günstige Rate natürlich noch für das selbe Zimmer sein und am besten sollten die Raten halbwegs zueinander passen. ( also nicht AVP mit Full Flex claimen )
Alles andere ist erst einmal egal, hier wird nicht wie bei IHG alles kleinsäuberlich betrachtet.


Da lastminute.de jedoch Voucher ausstellt, wirst du kein Erfolg haben.

Falls du mich meinst: ich orientiere mich an den Gepflogenheiten auf FT, wo Vergleichsseiten nicht öffentlich gepostet werden. Rocket science braucht es aber nicht, die Vergleichsseite selbst zu finden, und die einschlägigen Suchmaschinen sind dafür schon mal ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
