Important Notice: Termination of Your W1TTY Account
Dear Customer,​
We trust this message finds you well. Your engagement with W1TTY has been invaluable, and we appreciate the trust you've placed in our services.
Unfortunately, we must notify you of significant changes that will directly impact your account. It is with regret that we inform you of the termination of your W1TTY account. This decision is due to the company’s resolution to cease operations, aligning with Article 15(7) of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Payments and in accordance with Clause 14.4 of WITTY GLOBAL UAB General Terms and Conditions. After a 60-day notice period, i.e., after 22ndJune 2024, your W1TTY account will cease to be active. We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Following the 60-day notice period, all services of Witty Global UAB will be terminated, and the W1TTY App will be deactivated, resulting in the discontinuation of access to your e-money through the App.
Over the next 60 days, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your funds from W1TTY App. Our dedicated support team is available to assist you with this process and address any questions or concerns you may have. We strongly encourage you to initiate or redeem your account balance within this 60-day timeframe while you still have access to the W1TTY App and its services. As W1TTY is ceasing its activities after 60 days, we kindly ask, to the extend possible to you, to avoid topping-up your W1TTY account. This will facilitate the seamless redemption of any remaining e-money balance and the prompt repayment of funds. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Following the 60-day period, i.e., after 22ndJune 2024, if you have an available balance in your account, you can still request a refund by contacting us at contact@w1tty.com. The relevant contact details will also be published from time to time on our webpage, www.w1tty.com, and shared with you during the next 60 days.
In accordance with the Prices, Special Terms & Conditions of Products and Services, after 90-days from sending this notification, i.e., after 22nd July 2024, a 0.5% per calendar month based on the funds held and administered by W1TTY, with a minimum fee of €1 per month funds administration/ safeguarding fee will be applied until the remaining balance will become 0 or until you will withdraw your funds.
We want to express our gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. This decision was not made lightly, and we genuinely appreciate the trust you've placed in us during your time with W1TTY.
