Vielleicht eine blöde Frage, habe die Antwort aber dennoch nirgends gefunden:

Kann ich eine bestimmte Verbindung über die Multi-Stopp-Option bei Swoodoo/Expedia/Orbitz/etc., die ich zwar in der Matrix finde, die die OTAs ohne Multi-Stopp-Suche aber nicht ausgeben, erzwingen? Bzw., um was es mir eigentlich geht, wenn ich das Suchergebnis erzwungen habe, wird das dann alles auf ein Ticket gebucht und ich bin gegen Misconnects geschützt? Nicht dass ich wenn ich XXX-YYY-ZZZ fliegen will dann dank Verspätung des ersten Segments in YYY hängen bleibe und nicht umgebucht werde...

Wenn es die Matrix als ein Ticket rechnet, sollte man es auch auf einem durchgängigen Ticket buchen können. Verfügbarkeit vorausgesetzt - da gibt es ja bei einigen Airlines ja leider keine akkurate Verfügbarkeitsabfrage seitens der Matrix.

QR Abfrage notorisch unzuverlässig z.b.
QR gehört zu den Airlines, bei denen keine akkurate Verfügbarkeitsabfrage erfolgt wie zuvor bereits erwähnt. Problem bei QR ist insbesondere (genauso wie bei TK im Übrigen) dass die Married Segment Availability bei Umsteigeverbindungen von der Matrix nicht berücksichtigt wird.

Es scheint eine allgemeine Abneigung gegen Reisebüros zu geben.
Ich verstehe überhaupt nicht warum?
Ich schicke immer nur eine Mail oder Rufe an und wenige Stunden später habe ich mein Ticket oder eine noch bessere Option. (z.B. Wartelisten, etc)
Magst ja eine special line im Forum zu "unserem Reisebüro" RCS haben....

Meine letzte Erfahrung bestätigt mir aber, in der nicht Gesamtabwicklung sind doch fast alle Reisebüros wohl gleich. Insbesondere auch leider innerhalb unseres Forums mit RCS....

Habe Flüge über RCS gebucht und korrekt mit den Gebühren bezahlt....

Eine Teilstrecke mußte ich verfallen lassen und habe bei OS ein refund beantragt, welches nach Nachfrage bereits schon länger an RCS überwiesen wurde....Allerdings habe ich bisher weder eine Info oder gar die Rücküberweisung meines refund von RCS erhalten....Bin ich blöd und vertraue weiter/zukünftig irgendeinem Reisebüro...sorry not!

Wie bereits telefonisch besprochen ist der betreffende E-Ticket-Coupon weiterhin auf "O" wie "OPEN" und seitens OS ist keinerlei Erstattung erfolgt. Vor diesem Hintergrund verwahre ich mich ausdrücklich vor dem Vorwurf, dass hier eine Erstattung nicht ordnungsgemäß an den Kunden weitergeleitet wurde!

Im Übrigen kannst Du wie ebenfalls telefonisch erläutert eigentlich glücklich sein, dass Dich Austrian überhaupt zu Deinem Langstreckenziel befördert hat, und ganz offensichtlich aus Kulanz nach Nichtantritt des Zubringerflugs (erstes Segment im Ticket!) keine Nachberechnung des Tarifs gem. der tatsächlich geflogenen Strecke durchgeführt hat, wonach Du eigentlich gem. Beförderungsbedingungen einen nicht unerheblichen vierstelligen Betrag hättest aufzahlen müssen.

Sofern Du eine schriftliche Bestätigung seitens Austrian beibringen kannst, dass Austrian einer Teilerstattung des nicht geflogenen ersten Coupons aus Deinem Ticket ohne Nachberechnung gem. der tatsächlich geflogenen Strecke zustimmt, reichen wir gerne auch eine entsprechende Refund Application bei der Airline ein.

(Darüber hinaus ist es auch etwas befremdlich, einen solchen - nachweislich falschen - Vorwurf hier öffentlich im Forum zu posten, bevor man überhaupt einmal bei uns nachgefragt hatte...)

Preis aus Matrix nicht zu finden STR-CPT mit TK

Trotz intensiver Suche finde ich den Preis den die Matrix für eine Verbindung STR -CPT (R/T) 07.10.-18.10.15 ausgibt nicht im Netz zum Buchen. Laut Matrix alles in Buchungsklasse P.
Wer kann mir hier weiterhelfen ?
Matrix : 559€. Bester Preis im Netz 720€.

Die Matrix kann bei Turkish Airlines die Verfügbarkeiten nicht korrekt prüfen, da die Matrix die Married Segment Control der TK außer Acht lässt.

Preise aus der Matrix auf Umsteigeverbindungen mit Turkish Airlines sind in den wenigsten Fällen tatsächlich so buchbar...

Hatte genau das gleiche Problem, konnte dann über die Website orbitz.com buchen.

Ansonsten gibt es auf flyertalk auch noch irgendwo ein Tool, das Ergebnisse von ITA Matrix in klickbare Links, die zu einer OTA führen, wo man dann buchen kann. Aber das hab ich noch nie probiert und finde es gerade auf die Schnelle auch nicht.

United preist es mir allerding aus.. auch wenn es jetzt wohl 40€ mehr sind (auch in der Matrix). Ob es so buchbar ist und/oder ausgestellt wird.. keine Ahnung. Würde im Zweifel RCS glauben. :)

Nein, Riskio bürgt das erstmal nicht. Wenn das Ticket so buchbar, stellt United es aus und zieht das Geld ein. Ansonsten halt nicht

Das Geld ist halt erst mal auf der Kreditkarte geblockt und jenachdem erst später wieder frei. Je Nach Limit.
Mehr Risiko gibt es sicherlich nicht.

Danke euch Allen für die Unterstützung. Wir haben uns für ein anderes Reiseziel kurzfristig entschieden zu Gunsten von mehr Urlaubszeit statt langer Flugzeit. Daher haben wir doch keine Buchung bei United versucht.

laut Matrix soll der Trip 1769.- Euro kosten. Allerdings kann mir unser Firmenreisebüro (BCD) das so nicht ausstellen. Angeblich sei bei dem Routing die Kombi VS+DL nicht zuläsig :confused: Aber in den Rules steht

Musste jetzt raten da keine Daten vorhanden, aber ähnliche Routings (LIN BA LHR VS JFK DL MIA / MIA DL LGA EWR VS LHR BA LIN) gibt Google Flights auch aus (Wochenende bis Wochenende im Juni um 1880 Euro). Allerdings: kontaktieren sie zum Buchen ihr Reisebüro.

Moin,

Matrix, Google flights und Kayak werfen mir für den 7.9. eine Oneway-Verbindung AUH-BKK-HAN für knapp 275€ aus. Das erste Leg ist ob by EY, wird aber von VN (Vietnam Airlines) vermarktet. Links von Google flights und Kayak laufen ins Leere bzw. ist Abu Dhabi auf der VN-Seite gar nicht auszuwählen. Hat noch jmd. einen Tipp, wo ich es probieren könnte, bevor ich mich an ein RB/rcs wende?

Alle sechs Segment über die Multi-Stop-Option separat eingeben, Nonstopflüge anwählen und die Suche auf BA, VS und DL einschränken mit der Airline-Option. Kostet dann 2153 USD oder 1922 EUR (Orbitz nimmt ca. 40 Euro an TSC, deswegen der höhere Preis).
