Passengers aged 11 years or older will be refused boarding if they are not holding a result of a biological examination of virological screening (PCR or LAMP test only) where the test is carried out less than 72 hours prior to boarding proving that they are free of Covid-19.
Passengers are not permitted to travel if they do not hold a sworn statement (Attestation sur l’honneur) that they do not have Covid-19, and committing themselves to isolation for 7 days after arrival and to perform a new PCR test at the end of the 7 days.
This sworn statement can be obtained online from
www.martinique.gouv.fr prior to travel.
This does not apply to passengers holding a permit issued by the Martinican Prefecture authorising entry.

The requirements of holding a sworn statement, a travel statement and a biological examination of virological screening do not apply to the following passengers:
diplomats, member of delegations on official missions or staff of international organisations located in France, and their family members; or
crew members or flight personnel.
Passenger must present a travel statement ("Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire") confirming that they are travelling for personal, family, health, emergency or professional reason that cannot be postponed, due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
Passengers are not permitted to depart France unless they satisfy one of the exemptions detailed in the "Attestation de déplacement depuis la France metropolitaine vers un pays exterieur a l'espace europeen" (travel certificate), due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
