Marriott Bonvoy™ — the new name for Marriott Rewards®, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards® and SPG® — launches February 13. We want you to have everything you need to make the most of the world’s richest travel rewards program, including category changes and more.
Here’s your checklist to get started:
• Add marriottbonvoy@email-marriott.com to your safe-sender list. Make sure you receive future Marriott Bonvoy communications in your inbox.
• Manage everything in one place — combine your accounts. If you haven’t already combined your Rewards and SPG accounts, do it now to add up your nights and points in one streamlined account.
• The Marriott app will become the Marriott Bonvoy app — download it now. On February 13, the SPG and Ritz-Carlton Rewards apps will be deactivated and you’ll need the Marriott app to manage your account. If you don’t have the Marriott app yet, download it now.
• New Free Night Award Category 8 coming soon. Category 8 hotel redemption rates will take effect March 5. Pro tip: Explore all categories now and decide if you want to book before or after March 5 to maximize your points.
• Get faster service — update your phone number. Add a phone number to your profile so we’ll recognize you when you call Member Support.
In the meantime, you can continue to earn and redeem at more than 6,700 hotels and resorts across our portfolio of extraordinary brands.

Ebenso ... SPG App ist in iOS schon deaktiviert, allerdings die neue Marriott noch nicht im Download.
Mal sehn, ob es heute funktionieren wird oder erst wieder in drei Monaten ... wachen ja bald auf.

Weiß jemand, ob man unter dem neuen Programm UAMP Meilen in Punkte tauschen kann (nicht umgekehrt!)?
Ich sitze auf fast 200k Meilen — daraus 600k Punkte zu machen wäre schon attraktiv... Das wäre dann ja ne gute Woche Urlaub in nem Kat8-Schuppen.

Naja, die hatten bestimmt Angst, daß je mehr sie verändern, desto weniger möglicherweise täte...
Deswegen - nur - Mut zur Farbe...
Die war doch seit August schon blau.
Kann doch nicht sein , dass dieser gruselige Name B.... Nirgends erwähnt wird.

So auch bei mir - SPG-App tot, Marriott-App blau wie gehabt mit alter Statusbeschreibung PPE+A, Bon Jovi bisher nur auf der Website und dort schon AE. Ein kleines Wunder geschah nebenbei: Obwohl im letzten Jahr für die Stufen 50 Nächte und 75 Nächte anders votiert (Free Night Certificates) habe ich ab heute zusätzlich zu diesen Zertifikaten auch noch 2x5 SNA's dazugekommen. Hmmm... Brauche ich zwar nicht, weil ich nicht nur an das Upgrade-Versprechen glaube, sondern es statistisch zu 99% bestätigt gefunden habe, aber probieren kann ich es ja mal mit den SNA's...
Nun auch für iOS verfügbar

Grade mal kurz die iOS-App gecheckt. Scheint nur ein neuer Anstrich zu sein, inhaltlich (scheinbar) identisch. Und leider wird immer noch nicht die Zimmernummer des aktuellen Aufenthalts angezeigt. Das war meinerseits in der alten SPG-App echt das häufigst genutzte Feature
