Habe heute eine Ablehnung mit Amoma für das Conrad Singapore aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Stornierungsbedingungen erhalten. Unabhängig davon hatte sich der Preis bei amoma auf deutlich mehr als bei Hilton geändert :-/
Your claim could not be validated. As per the terms of the programme, the cancellation policy of the reservation must be the same.
After a review on your claim, I can confirm that Amoma always charges a cancellation fee from the moment the booking is confirmed, even for flexible reservations. This is visible at the bottom of the page under the "Payment" section. Your reservation with Hilton you can cancel without any fee until 10 o’clock day prior to your arrival date.

Certain types of prices will not qualify for the Best Price Guarantee if there are differences in the accommodations. For example, prices do not qualify if they are for a different room type, or at a different hotel, or for a room with a different view, or include different amenities (like free breakfast), or are not on the same dates for the same length of stay, or are for a different number of guests, or have different policies, terms or conditions for the booking (like different cancellation or refund policies).
