Im Browser sehe ich es auch nicht, das ist natürlich blöd.
MyFlights zeigt jetzt auch in der Webversion die Duration an!
Ich hatte gestern (!) hingemailt und gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, dieses Feature hinzuzufügen; am Abend kam eine nette Mail, dass das Fehlen in der Webversion ein Versehen war und jetzt drin ist.

Als Teil der nächsten Veröffentlichung von MyFlights (4.0) wird es alle Ihre Statistiken zeigen (Gesamtzeit reiste, Länder / Städte / Flughäfen / Kontinente besucht, Fluggesellschaften geflogen etc.)
Für jede Buchung können Sie derzeit auf der Web-App wählen, ob Sie unterwegs sind oder nicht. Der Status enthält nur Buchungen, in denen Sie als Reisen markiert sind.
Dies ist Teil einer viel breiteren Version für 4.0, die auch die Option für Benutzer zum Upgrade auf bezahlte Ebenen (für Dienste wie Flug- und Verbindungsüberwachung) sehen wird, während die aktuelle Funktionalität als Teil einer freien Schicht gehalten wird.

As part of the next release of MyFlights (4.0) it will show all your stats (total time travelled, countries/cities/airports/continents visited, airlines flown etc.)
For each booking you can currently select on the web app whether you are travelling or not. The status will only include bookings where you are marked as travelling.
This is part of a much wider release for 4.0 which will also see the option for users to upgrade to paid tiers (for services like flight and connection monitoring), while keeping the current functionality as part of a free tier.

schofs, thanks for the MyFlights app - one of my most used apps. Keep up the good work, and I'm happy to pay for a subscription (even if it only included the current functionality).

On the full text search, this is available on the Web version of the app (there is a search box above each bookings list) - that will search across the entire booking, so you can search for "Geneva" or "737" or "MySurnameHere" for example.
I'm also bringing this functionality to the iOS app shortly

It's in the pipeline! The subscription for the additional services will a) pay for the data feeds for the flight data, and b) go towards an android versionschofs, you might hear that question frequently, but I'll give it a shot anyway:
Any chance for an Android version in the near future (or any future)?
Assuming there will be push notifications for this, would they only appear within an app or also be sent via email?

Ich hoffe, dass b) bis Anfang Oktober fertig ist, da dann bei Worldmate die Lichter ausgehen und ich noch keinen vergleichbaren Ersatz gefunden habe.
Durchgewischt - die iOS/Android Diskussion kann woanders geführt werden.
Is it possible to include a setting that after signing in to the web version you are shown the next flight/journey like it used to be instead of the stats? I've taken a lot more trips than there are past bookings saved in MyFlights, thus the stats are incomplete (and pretty much useless

Die Startseite ist seit gestern im neuen Design.
Das Design gefaellt mir. Die Statistiken sind etwas redundant, da nahezu jede Seite sowas bietet und die Statistikfetischisten sowieso bei Openflights, Flightmemory & Co sind.
Die Preise fuer die Pakete mit Amadeus-Updaes sind relativ hoch. Das Silber-Paket werde ich ggf. mal in ein paar Monaten ausprobieren, wenn davon auszugehen ist, dass die features auch wirklich funktionieren.

GBP 4.99 pro Monat für Silber und GBP 7.99 für Gold finde ich schon ziemlich happig. Bin gespannt, wieviele Leute sich €110 pro Jahr leisten? Ich hätte gedacht, dass €49 und €79 eine bessere Wahl gewesen wäre. Aber gut, muss jeder selber entscheiden.

Geht mir ähnlich, ich hätte mit 25€/Jahr (also rund 2€/Monat) gerechnet. Außerdem hätte ich mal gern eine Beschreibung, was die anderen Features genau machen. Dem Namen nach brauche ich die nämlich nicht; einzig die häufigere Amadeus-Abfrage wäre für mich interessant.
Auch die Statistiken brauche ich nun überhaupt nicht; wäre schön, wenn man die ausschalten könnte.

A few thoughts about the new myFlights release.
- For me, myFlights is all about having all (eligible) bookings in one place. So I must say that I'm not particularly happy about the new landing page with the statistics. Those who are interested in them will have a "proper" Flight Diary anyway, and, as long as myFlights doesn't accept all bookings, they are incomplete anyway. But first and foremost, it requires me to do an additional click to access my bookings - the main purpose of myFlights. Therefore, I'd appreciate it if there was either a switch to turn the statistics on or off or to move them to another page and make "My Bookings" the landing page again.
- While I stand to my former statement that I'm happy to pay for myFlights, the two paid levels are a tiny bit too pricey. Personally, I can't see many people forking out £50 - let alone £96 - a year. 25€/50€ a year (i.e. 2€/4€ a month) seem more reasonable.
- I don't like having a monthly subscription and prefer an annual payment (which does not necessarily even have to come with a discount). Furthermore, it'd be great if it weren't a subscription but just the one payment for a certain period of time (1 year / 1 month). If one doesn't renew after that time, the account is switched back to basic.
- I'd appreciate a (detailed) description of what the new features "Flight connection monitoring" and "Flight monitoring from 12h before scheduled departure" actually do and in which situations they might come in handy. Judging solely by their name, I don't think I need them, but would happily be proven wrong.
- Gold really needs a killer feature; the only difference is the more frequent flight monitoring and I don't think it justifies the price hike from silver to gold. How about making the two new features from the last bullet point gold exclusive and instead give the silver level a slightly more frequent flight monitoring?

schofs: you added the "You are in the top x%" along with the actual place on the list. I've seen my value change from 0.1% to 0.2% and know my place on the list so it's rather easy to deduct how many customers you have registered. Not sure if that's intended.
