(1) Once logged into the Rewards Site, go to Ways to Redeem page, under Merchandise & Gift Cards section, choose "Contact Us" on the top menu bar
(2) Choose "For questions about an order you have placed, please click here"
(3) You'll be directed to your Redemption History where your orders are listed
(4) Choose Inquiry next to order in question and proceed to enter your question
