Sollte nicht, da Roaming mit ausländischer Sim in Chile weiterhin funktioniert.
Die Registrierung einer IMEI geht aber völlig Problemlos innerhalb von 24h.
Es wird folgendes bei Reisenden benötigt:
-Kopie Reisepass
-Imei vom Handy
-Screenshot der Imei
-Handy Modell
-Rechnung vom Handy wenn noch vorhanden, bei mir hat der Reiseplan von den Flügen aber auch ausgereicht. So sehen sie das man mit dem Gerät wieder ausreist.

In order to meet your request for administrative registration and comply with the requirements established for that purpose by the SUBTEL, it is necessary that you attach the following documentation:
1) Photograph of the identity card or passport in the case of foreigners.
2) Image of the IMEI number printed on the device. You can usually place it on the back of the device (case), SIM card module or inside the device.
3) Image of the IMEI number obtained by screen when typing * # 06 #.
4) Cell Phone Brand.
5) Model of the Cell Phone.
6) Picture or photograph of the ticket or proof of purchase of the equipment abroad. If it is a foreign visitor, document that proves the entry to the country or travel history.
7) Complete, sign and digitally send the Administrative Registration Form (FIA), which can be downloaded at the following link:

In accordance with the provisions of the new regulations, each person can register one (1) team free of charge per year.
Strictly speaking, we are only authorized by the new regulations to register those equipment acquired abroad as of September 23 of the current year, since all the equipment that was in the country before that date and connected with networks mobile phones were automatically approved.
