Habe jetzt folgende Nachricht bekommen (habe in den letzten Jahren 4 „Source of Funds“-Überprüfungen gehabt und alle erfolgreich überstanden):
„Hi, my name is xxx. I am from the Escalations Team. I appreciate your patience while waiting for a response.
We are contacting you with respect to inappropriate activity which we have noticed on your Revolut account. We noticed you've used your external credit card to add money to your Revolut account and are mainly using your account to transfer money.
The above actions allow us to reasonably conclude that you are abusing Revolut services and breaching terms and conditions applicable to you.
In order to use Revolut services, you have agreed to our Personal terms -
https://www.revolut.com/legal/terms/ that form a legal agreement between you and us, Revolut Bank UAB. Please be reminded that you must comply at all times with our Personal terms when using our services.
Based on Point 3 of Section 11, the Revolut App or Revolut Card may not be used only to send money to and receive money from a credit card account.
Considering the above-stated, we notify you that you have materially breached the above-referred provisions of our Personal terms. Therefore, we hereby request you to immediately refrain from the above activities and to make sure that in the future you only use Revolut’s services for the purposes they are intended.
Please be informed that if you ignore this request and continue the above noted violation, we will have no other option but to immediately suspend and close your Revolut account and terminate your agreement with us (in accordance with point 3 of Section 24 of our Personal terms) without further notice.“
Macht es Sinn, das Aufladeverhalten zu reduzieren? Oder fliegt man dann auch aus der Kurve?
Hat damit jemand Erfahrungen?
Danke!
